Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Gooride mobile application or
website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do
not use our services.
Important: These terms constitute a
legally binding agreement between you and Gooride
Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of our cab
booking services.
Gooride reserves the right to modify these terms at any
time. We will notify users of any material changes via email
or app notification.

Our Services
Gooride provides an online platform connecting passengers
with independent cab drivers. We offer the following
services:

Cab Booking: On-demand and scheduled cab
services across multiple cities

Airport Transfers: Specialized airport
pickup and drop services

Outstation Cabs: Intercity travel with
one-way and round-trip options

Hourly Rentals: Cab rental by the hour
for multiple stops

Corporate Accounts: Business travel
solutions for companies
Gooride acts as an intermediary between passengers and
independent driver partners. We are not a transportation
carrier and do not provide transportation services directly.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
3.1 Booking Process
To book a cab, you must:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
- Select the appropriate cab type
- Confirm your booking through the app

Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time

3.3 Driver Cancellation
If a driver cancels after accepting your booking, Gooride
will:
- Immediately assign another available driver
- Provide a discount code for your next ride
- Waive any applicable surge pricing

Pricing and Payment
4.1 Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on:
- Base fare (depending on cab type)
- Distance traveled (per kilometer rate)
- Time taken (per minute rate during waiting)
- Toll charges and state taxes (as applicable)
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Digital Wallets
- Cash (where available)
- Gooride Wallet/Credits
4.3 Pricing Transparency
Gooride follows a transparent pricing policy:
- Fare estimate provided before booking
- Final fare shown at the end of the ride

No hidden charges or surge pricing during peak hours
- Digital receipts sent via email and app
Note: Dynamic pricing may apply during
special events or extreme weather conditions. You will be
notified of any surge pricing before confirming your
booking.

User Obligations
5.1 Account Registration
You must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old to use our services
- Not share your account with others
5.2 Code of Conduct
While using Gooride services, you agree to:
- Treat drivers with respect and courtesy

Not damage the vehicle or engage in illegal activities
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines

Not carry prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances,
etc.)

Not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs in the vehicle
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating fake bookings or abusing the cancellation policy
- Making fraudulent payment claims
- Harassing drivers or other passengers
- Using the service for illegal transportation
- Attempting to manipulate the app or fares
Violation of these terms may result in permanent account
suspension and legal action.

Driver Partner Terms
If you are a driver partner registered with Gooride,
additional terms apply:
6.1 Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license and vehicle registration
- Commercial permit where required by law
- Clean background check
- Vehicle in good condition with proper insurance
6.2 Driver Obligations

Accept rides promptly or maintain high acceptance rate
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Not discriminate against passengers
6.3 Earnings and Payouts
- Earnings calculated based on completed rides
- Weekly payouts to registered bank account
- Commission charged as per agreement
- Incentives and bonuses as per ongoing programs

Limitation of Liability
Gooride's liability is limited as follows:

Gooride is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the fare amount of the
specific ride

Gooride does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
service

We are not responsible for driver behavior or road
conditions

In case of accidents, driver's insurance applies as per
law
Safety Note: Gooride provides SOS
features and ride tracking. In case of emergency, please
contact local authorities immediately.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our
